At Designs by Emma Violet, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we love making it! Sometimes buying online can be hard. We want you to add to your dream collection with ease. If you need more pictures of an item, no worries!! Email or dm us and we'll make sure we give you all the information you need to know!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once items are shipped they are out of Designs by EV hands. Once purchased you should get an email with your tracking information. If you need further information on your package, we're always able to do that for you.

Repairs?

We understand that clasps, extenders, wire, etc break on your pieces or even stones pop out. We are able to fix that for you! If that is needed you're welcome to email or dm us and we'll send you further instructions. Repairs start at $15.
