These are the frequently asked questions that I receive. If you still have questions my email is down below. I hope this helps clear up any grey area. I would like to remind you, this is a small business one woman working it full time. Being patient is the #1 thing I ask for. If that can be accomplished, my life and this business with run smoothly & blossom. Thank you all in advanced for your understanding and patience with me!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- Once an order is purchased, it will be shipped out ASAP! I am traveling to stock shows all summer so shipping will be slightly delayed depending. This is a one woman show! You're more than welcome to message me on updates (Use email above)!
- Once item is shipped and out of my hands, I can't control anything else. Yes, packages might get lost in the mail or damaged. Each piece is shipped in a box inside a bubble mailer. If a piece gets lost or damaged you're welcome to call USPS. Designs by Emma Violet is not responsible.
- Emma Violet is NOT a silversmith but hand strings pieces. If stones pop out, earring backs break, chain breaks, etc.. you're welcome to reach out asking for a silversmith. Emma herself doesn't have the ability nor knowledge to repair metal work pieces.
Customs: YES YES! Customs are always an option. (Unless stated otherwise). Customs are offered at any livestock events you see me at. Pieces will be done before the end of show while supplies last.
Restringing: Restringing is always open (even if I didn't make it to begin with)! I understand claps, wire, extenders, etc break. Message me anytime and I will get those fixed for you. Restringing is $15. If pearls need to be added, you will be charged accordingly.
Gently Used: I'm always interested in gently used items. I'm ONLY interested in authentic jewelry pieces. I will not offer retail prices on your gently used. This is for people to purchase and grow their collection on a cheaper budget. If you do not like my offer, no worries.
